Connect Your AI Assistant

WizzHire runs an MCP server. MCP is an open standard that lets an AI assistant work inside another system, the same way you would connect one to your calendar or your files. Once you connect it, you can ask about your company in plain language and have the routine work prepared for you, without opening WizzHire.

The connection is yours, not your company's. It works with your account, your role and your permissions, and every other person who wants it connects their own assistant.

Connecting takes about a minute. You do not need anything installed and you do not need a developer.

• A WizzHire account you can sign in to: You will sign in during the connection and approve it on a WizzHire screen.
• An assistant that supports custom connectors: Claude and ChatGPT both do, on their paid plans. Any other client that speaks MCP works too, including the ones developers run inside their editors.
• The WizzHire address: https://api.wizzhire.com/mcp

In Claude, open Settings and go to Connectors. Choose to add a custom connector, paste the WizzHire address, and confirm. Claude opens a WizzHire page where you sign in and approve the connection, then sends you back.

Custom connectors are part of Claude's paid plans. If you do not see the option, check which plan your account is on.

In ChatGPT, open Settings and find Connectors. Add a connector using the WizzHire address, then sign in and approve on the WizzHire page that opens.

Which accounts can add their own connectors changes as OpenAI ships this more widely, and on some plans it sits behind a developer setting. If you cannot find it, that is where to look.

The connection grows as we add to it. Right now the assistant can work with your companies and the people side of WizzHire:

• Your companies: Which companies you belong to, your role in each, and what your plan includes. The assistant asks this first, because everything else happens inside one company.
• Your people: The employee directory and one person's overview, as far as your permissions reach.
• Your team and their time off: Who reports to you, which leave requests are waiting, and approving or refusing one.
• Shifts and imports: Swapping two people's shifts in the plan, and preparing an employee import for you to confirm in the app.

Candidates and job postings are not part of the connection yet. Ask in the app for anything on the hiring side.

• It cannot see past your permissions: Every request runs the same check as the screen it would have come from.
• It cannot delete anything: There is no way to delete through the connection.
• It cannot reject or hire: The decisions that end someone's process stay with a person, in the app.

In WizzHire, open Settings and find the assistant under connected AI apps. Disconnect revokes everything it holds, so its next request is refused. You can connect it again whenever you like.
