The report

Numbers you can argue with, in plain language.

A single score tells you nothing about why. So the report breaks the read into parts, writes the reasoning out, and shows its recommendation with the rationale attached, so you can judge whether you agree with it.

An overall score, and the parts of it

One rating out of 100 you can compare across candidates, plus separate ratings for skills match, experience, education, culture fit and communication, so a strong overall does not hide a weak spot.

A short written assessment in plain language: what stands out in their favour and what gives you pause, rather than only numbers.

No application is ever rejected automatically. Screening does not move anyone through your pipeline and does not change anyone's status.
It runs on one candidate at a time, always tied to the job they applied to, so a score is never a comparison against some other role's requirements.
The report sits on the candidate's profile beside the CV, the questionnaire answers and the team's own ratings and comments.

Screening is the one part of the product that costs tokens, so it says so before it charges rather than after. Nothing is spent by surprise.

Four tokens per screening

If your balance is short you are told before anything is charged, not once the report has failed to arrive.

It needs a plan that includes it

AI screening is a paid feature. If your plan does not have it, you are told as soon as you try to run one.

Once per candidate

Once somebody has been screened, the action will not run again for them on that application. If a screening fails, you can try again.
