WizzHire HR · Self-service
Everyone sees their own record. You see the whole team.
People maintain their own contact details and follow their own leave instead of writing to HR for it. The same records are what the headcount and turnover reporting is counted from.

Their own page
The questions HR answers most are the ones people can answer themselves.
How many days do I have left. What does my contract say. Where is my certificate. All of it is on the person's own page, which is also where they ask for leave.
- They update their own contact details, so the record stays current without a message to HR and a retype.
- Their balance, the days they have used and anything still pending, with the request form on the same page.
- Any document you marked visible to the employee sits there too, so a contract copy is not a request.
What you see
The numbers a board asks for, from the records you already keep.
No separate reporting tool and no month-end assembly: the analytics read the same records, so the headcount is whatever the directory says it is.
Headcount over time
Where the team stands now and how it got there, rather than a figure somebody counted in a spreadsheet last quarter.
Starters, leavers, turnover
Who joined, who left and the turnover that follows from it, taken from the start and end dates on the records.
Leave utilisation per person
Who has taken their annual leave and who has not touched it, which is the thing you want to know in October rather than in December.
See it from both sides.
A short call, one employee page and your analytics on the screen. We show what the person sees and what you see, from the same record.
