WizzHire HR · Absence calendar
Who is out, and when.
One calendar for the whole team: who is off, on which days, and which days are not working days at all. Nobody books a meeting into an empty chair, and nobody has to ask.
- 14-day free trial, no card
- Bosnian or English, per person
- Data in the EU
Non-working days
Your holidays, not a template's.
You set the holiday calendars yourself, and more than one if teams work to different ones. Those days and weekends never end up in anybody's day count.
- Approved leave lands in three places at once: the shared calendar, that person's own calendar, and Google Calendar.
- Non-working days and holidays never enter the day count, so a week off across a public holiday costs four days rather than five.
- The calendar shows who else from the same department is away at the same time, which is usually what decides an approval.
Reporting
The question is always who was off, and for how long.
So the answer is a report by person and period that you can export, rather than a count somebody assembles from the calendar by hand at the end of the year.
By person and by period
Pick the people and the range. The report is the same numbers the balances are built from, not a separate tally.
Ready to export
Take it out of the product for payroll, for an accountant, or for the file, without anybody retyping a calendar into a spreadsheet.
Utilisation, not just absence
Annual leave utilisation per person sits with the rest of the HR reporting, so you can see who has not taken any of theirs before December.
See it with your own holiday calendar.
A short call, your non-working days on the screen. We set up the holiday calendars and the Google Calendar sync while you watch.
