1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using WizzHire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2Eligibility

To use WizzHire, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law.

3Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person; creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@wizzhire.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• You retain ownership of all content you submit (CVs, profiles, job postings).
• By submitting content, you grant WizzHire a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, process, and store your content for the purpose of operating the platform.
• Company job postings must comply with all applicable employment laws.
• Discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8AI-Powered Features

• WizzHire may use AI tools to assist employers with candidate screening and matching.
• AI-generated results are recommendations only and do not constitute hiring decisions.
• Accuracy of AI results is not guaranteed.
• Employers are responsible for making final hiring decisions. Human review is always available.
• Candidates may request human review of any AI-assisted assessment as described in our Privacy Policy.

9Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Create fake profiles, fraudulent job postings, or misleading content.
• Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics in job postings or hiring decisions.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the platform without written authorization.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications through the platform.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, access unauthorized areas, or interfere with platform operations.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10Intellectual Property

• WizzHire and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding user-submitted content).
• You retain ownership of your content as described in Section 5.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for its intended purpose.

11Privacy

Your use of WizzHire is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

• The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that using WizzHire will result in employment for candidates or successful hires for employers.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of candidate profiles, job postings, or any user-submitted content.
• We are not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers or the conduct of any user on the platform.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you have paid to WizzHire in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terracode, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Content you submit to the platform.
• Your misuse of the platform.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

16Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@wizzhire.com. Either party must provide written notice of the dispute and allow 30 days for resolution.
• If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Visoko or Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

17Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of WizzHire after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
