WizzHire ATS · Job posts

Create the job. Publish the post. Collect applications.

Type the job title and WizzAI will write the job description. You can also write it yourself or copy an existing post. Then edit the post, the application form and the hiring stages, all on one page, in two simple steps.

Before you publish

Prepare the application and hiring stages before you publish.

In the second step you define what the application and selection look like: what candidates send, which questions they answer and which stages they go through. You tailor all of it to the specific job.

  • CV, cover letter and salary expectations are set per job as required, optional or off.
  • WizzAI can put together the questionnaire based on the post, and you review and edit the questions before you save the questionnaire.
  • Take the hiring stages from a template and adjust them to the job. If you copy an existing post, its stages come along too, and you can then edit them as needed.

Publishing

Control who sees the post and the application deadline.

You can set the post as public or private, set an application deadline if you need one, and edit the content even after publishing.

Public or private

A public post shows on your company page and in WizzHire job search, with your logo, colours and team introduction. A private post is visible only to your team, and you add candidates yourself.

A closing date if you want one

The closing date is not required. If you don't set one, the post stays open until you close it yourself. You can edit the post after publishing, and after the first application only the application form locks.

Advertise where you already do

After publishing, copy the post's link and share it on LinkedIn, your company website or the job boards you already use. Every application lands automatically on that job's board in WizzHire.

Let's write your next job post together.

A short call, one of your real roles. We write the post with WizzAI, set up the form and stages, and you publish it where you already advertise.
