WizzHire HR · Org chart
A structure the whole team can see.
The org chart is drawn from the manager on each record, so it is current the moment somebody's manager changes. There is no diagram to maintain and no slide to update.
- 14-day free trial, no card
- Bosnian or English, per person
- Data in the EU
Departments
One field on a record, and the chart follows.
You set departments and you set who each person reports to. The chart is the consequence of those two fields, not a separate thing somebody has to redraw.
- The chart is drawn from the manager on each record, so there is nothing to draw by hand and nothing to fall out of date.
- Statuses such as onboarding, on leave and offboarding show on the chart itself, so you can see who is actually around.
- Filter the directory by department, status or contract type and work from the same structure.
The reporting line
The manager field is not decoration.
Who somebody reports to decides who approves their leave, who holds their onboarding steps, and who sees their review. Setting it once sets all three.
It routes the approvals
Leave requests go to the person's own manager when that is the rule you chose, with a fallback for anyone away or not yet connected to a login.
It holds the onboarding
Steps owned by the manager land with the manager. If they have no login yet, or nobody is set, HR holds the step instead of it disappearing.
It scopes what a manager sees
A manager can be given their own team rather than the whole company, on onboarding, on leave decisions and on reviews.
See your own structure on the screen.
A short call, your departments and your reporting lines. We set them up and the chart draws itself while you watch.
