WizzHire HR · Employee records
One record per person, documents included.
Employment details, contracts and certificates sit on the person's own profile instead of a shared drive nobody maintains. You decide, per document, who can see it.
- 14-day free trial, no card
- Bosnian or English, per person
- Data in the EU
The record
The details you actually keep, in fields that mean something.
Position, start date, contract type and employment type, department and manager. The record is the one place any of it is written, and everything else on the page reads from it.
- Contract type is indefinite or fixed term with an end date, and employment type runs from full time through internship, seasonal and volunteer.
- Filter the directory by department, by status or by contract type, which is how you find the eleven fixed-term contracts ending this quarter.
- Status follows the person: onboarding, on leave and offboarding show on the record and on the org chart.
Documents
Your filing labels, and a reminder before a date passes.
The product seeds no categories and attaches no meaning to any name, because a personnel file in Bosnia is not filed the way a template from somewhere else expects.
Categories you name
Contracts, certificates, medical checks, permits. Your own labels, added as you need them, and a document can sit uncategorised until you decide.
A reminder before it expires
Record when a document was issued and when it runs out, and the file flags it before the date rather than after.
HR only, or the employee too
Set per document. Only HR means the person does not see it at all; the other setting puts it on their own page. Removing a document is recorded.
See it with your own personnel file.
A short call, your categories on the screen. We set up the filing labels and the visibility rules you actually use.
