WizzHire and your AI
Your assistant, working inside WizzHire.
Connect the AI your team already uses over MCP and ask about your company in plain language. It runs under your account and your permissions, and the decisions that matter stay with people.
How it connects
Three steps, once.
Setting this up is a job for the person who wants it, not for IT. Nothing is installed on your machines and no keys are handed around.
Add WizzHire in your assistant
Open your assistant's connector settings and point it at the WizzHire address. It works out the rest of the handshake on its own.
Sign in and approve
You land on a WizzHire screen, sign in as yourself, and approve the connection. That screen is ours, so your password never passes through the assistant.
Ask
From there you write in plain language. The assistant works out which parts of WizzHire it needs, and the answer comes back where you already work.
The step-by-step for each assistant is in the Help Center, including which plans offer connectors.
What it is for
The questions you never open the app for.
Most of what a manager needs from a system is one small answer or one small action. Opening the app, finding the screen and reading the table costs more than the answer is worth, so the question goes unasked. This is for those.
Ask instead of looking
Who is out next week, what is waiting on you, how a team is put together. The answer arrives in the window you already have open.
Let the routine come to you
The small approvals and corrections that pile up get handled where you are, with the assistant showing you what you are about to change before it changes it.
Hand over the data work
The tedious preparation nobody wants, checked and laid out for you to confirm, instead of an evening with a spreadsheet.
Example
Who is off next week?
Three people. Amar is off Monday to Wednesday, Lejla on Thursday, and Nedim is out all week. Two more requests are still waiting on you.
Approve Lejla's.
Approved. It is on her record and in the team calendar, with your name on it.
The limits
What it will never do.
Connecting an assistant to a system full of people's data is only a good idea if the limits are real. These are enforced in WizzHire, not asked of the assistant.
It never sees past your permissions
Every request runs the same permission check as the screen it would have come from. What you cannot open in WizzHire, you cannot get out through an assistant either.
It stays inside what you pay for
The connection reaches the companies you belong to and the modules on your plan, and nothing else.
It never deletes anything
Nothing can be deleted through this connection, because we did not build a way to.
The decisions stay with people
It never rejects a candidate and never makes a hire. The moments that end someone's process belong to a person, in the app, on the record.
Everything it does is on the record
Every call is written to your activity log before it runs, refused ones included, and each change is marked as done with an AI assistant. You can cut an assistant off from your settings in one click.
Works with
The assistant your team already pays for.
We did not build a chatbot and ask you to learn it. WizzHire speaks MCP, so the assistant you have already chosen is the one that connects.
- Claude
- ChatGPT
Claude and ChatGPT both connect, and so does any other client that speaks MCP, including the ones your developers already run in their editors. Some assistants only offer connectors on their paid plans, so check yours first.
What MCP is
The short version.
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard for connecting an AI assistant to a system it can actually work in. It is how an assistant reaches your calendar or your files, and now your hiring and HR.
WizzHire runs its own MCP server as part of the suite. You connect it once from your assistant and approve it on a WizzHire screen. From then on your assistant can answer questions about your company and prepare the routine work for you, under the permissions you already have.
Questions about the connection
- What is MCP, in one sentence?
- An open standard for connecting an AI assistant to a system it can work in, the same way you would connect it to your calendar or your files. WizzHire runs its own MCP server, so any assistant that speaks the standard can connect to your account.
- Which assistants can I connect?
- Claude and ChatGPT both support custom connectors, and any other MCP client works too. Some of them only offer connectors on paid plans, so check your own plan first. The setup guide walks through each one.
- Can the assistant see everything in my company?
- No. It works as you. It reaches the companies you belong to, the modules on your plan, and the data your role gives you in the app, and nothing else. Every request goes through the same permission check as the screen it would have come from.
- What happens to our data in the assistant?
- The assistant is your own account with Anthropic, OpenAI or whoever else you chose, so what you type into it is governed by your agreement with them. On our side the connection hands over only what you asked for, we log every call, and we do not use any of it to train anything.
- How do I disconnect it?
- Open your settings, find the assistant under connected AI apps, and disconnect. Its access stops immediately, and you can connect it again whenever you like.
The rest of the product, in detail.
The assistant is one way in. The two halves it reaches are the applicant tracking system and the HR software behind it.
