About WizzHire
What exactly is WizzHire?
Applicant tracking, HR software and a CRM in one system. It is not a job board and not a recruiting agency: your team uses it for its own applicants, employees and clients.
Can I use just one product?
Yes. Each works on its own. Add another and it connects to what you already use, on the same people and data.
How is the price set?
By the products you use, the plan and how many people use the system. Prices are in euros, before VAT.
Does WizzHire do payroll?
Not yet. Export the timesheet as PDF or CSV and hand it to your accountant for payroll.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new company starts with a free 14-day trial, no card. Pay before it ends to keep your jobs live.
Prices and plans
What changes between plans?
Same modules everywhere. Growth adds automation, approvals and statistics. Scale adds AI questionnaires, priority support and a named contact.
Can I add one feature only?
Yes. Every "Add" button on this page is a feature you can buy on its own. When a few of them add up to the next plan, we tell you.
Can I change later?
During your trial, change anything on this page at any time, free and immediately. After you pay, contact us to add or remove modules and add-ons.
Your AI assistant
What is MCP?
An open standard for connecting an AI assistant to a system it can work in, the way you connect it to your calendar or files. WizzHire runs its own MCP server.
Which assistants can I connect?
Claude, ChatGPT and any other MCP client. Some only offer connectors on paid plans, so check yours first.
Can it see everything in my company?
No. It works as you: the companies you belong to, the modules on your plan, and what your role shows you in the app.
Can it send emails or messages for me?
No. It writes the message and puts it on your list. You send it and mark it done.
What happens to our data?
What you type is covered by your agreement with your assistant's provider. We hand over only what you ask for, log every call, and train nothing on it.
How do I disconnect it?
Settings, connected AI apps, Disconnect. Access stops at once.
