Privacy and Your Data
The employer side of consent, the two email opt-outs, cookies, and what only support can do.

This article is for employers. If you are a candidate, everything on your side is covered in a separate article, linked below.
Manage privacy and consentConsent you accept as an employer
You accept two separate sets of terms, and both are shown to you at the moment you act, not buried in a settings page:
- Job posting terms: you accept these when you publish a job. They cover what you may post and what you are responsible for as the employer.
- Payment terms: a separate acceptance, shown when you buy tokens or take out a subscription. Publishing terms and payment terms are not the same thing.
Candidate consent, from your side
When someone applies, they may optionally consent to your company keeping their data for future opportunities. That is the talent-pool consent, and it is the candidate's decision, not yours. An application arrives whether they tick it or not.
The consent lasts 24 months and then expires by itself. A candidate can withdraw it at any time, either from their own Privacy page or from a link in their application email, which works without signing in. If they withdraw, you no longer have their consent to keep them in your talent pool for future roles.
Your own data and your team
Removing a teammate from your company revokes their access immediately. They lose the company from their account there and then, so removal is the switch to reach for when someone leaves.
Your own account data works the same as anyone else's. Settings → Download Your Data exports everything as JSON, downloaded straight to your device. Deactivating your profile hides it and signs you out, and logging back in brings it back.
