Choosing a Posting Tier

Give a job more visibility in the marketplace with Silver, Gold or Platinum.

For recruiters & hiring managers

What tiers do

More visibility in the marketplace

When you publish a marketplace job you can choose a posting tier. Higher tiers push your job higher in search results and make the listing stand out, so more candidates see it. There are three: Silver, Gold and Platinum.

The three tiers

Each tier builds on the one below it:

  • Silver: a standard listing with a normal position in search.
  • Gold: a highlighted listing with a border, and a higher, priority position in search.
  • Platinum: a Featured badge, the top position in search, and eligibility for the Spotlight when you also boost it.

Pick or upgrade a tier

You choose a tier on the final step, Select Posting Tier, when publishing a marketplace job (Silver is selected by default). Already live? Use Upgrade Tier on the job's page to move up to a higher tier anytime.

How pricing works: tiers are paid in tokens: an activation fee that covers the first 7 days, plus a small daily rate for any extra days. The price depends on the tier and how long you run the listing, and WizzHire always shows the exact cost before you confirm.

Tiers vs. one-off boosts

A tier sets the quality of a listing for its whole run. For a quick, short-lived lift on a job that's already live, use the separate Boost (priority placement for 7 days) or Refresh (moves the job back up as if newly posted) actions on the job's page.
