Track your usage, top up tokens, and manage your subscription.

How tokens work

WizzHire uses tokens for features that do real work, like AI CV screening, job drafting and automated messages. Your subscription includes a monthly bundle of tokens, and you can top up more whenever you need them.

See your usage

The Billing page

Open Billing from the sidebar to see your current token balance, how much you've used, and your renewal date. Every action that spends tokens shows the exact cost before you confirm.

Top up tokens

Need more before your renewal? Buy extra tokens in a few steps:

  • Open Billing, then Quick Actions → Buy Tokens
  • Choose a package
  • Confirm payment: the tokens are available immediately.

Subscription & invoices

  • Change your plan: upgrade anytime and the change applies from your next billing cycle; downgrades are not self-service, so please contact our support team.
  • Download invoices: open Billing → View History and switch to the Invoices tab.
  • Cancel anytime: cancelling stops the renewal; your access stays until the end of the paid period.

If you run out of tokens

Features that spend tokens pause until you renew or top up. Core features, like viewing candidates and messaging, keep working.
