Using the Candidate Database
See and search everyone who has applied across all your jobs, in one place.
What the Candidates page is
Everyone who applied, across all jobs
Open Candidates from the sidebar. It gathers everyone who has applied to, or been added to, any of your company's jobs into one searchable list, so you don't have to open each job to find a person.
Find a candidate
Click Filters to open Filter Candidates and narrow the list:
- Search by Name: type a candidate's name.
- Filter by Job Title: find people by the role they hold or applied for.
- Filter by Skills: enter skills separated by commas.
Click Apply Filters to run the search, or Clear All to reset.
Open a candidate's profile
Click a candidate to see their full profile: summary, experience, education, skills, cover letter, salary expectation and an activity timeline. If they've applied to more than one of your jobs, you can switch between those applications from here.
- Message: start a conversation with the candidate about one of their applications.
- Edit: update the details of candidates you added manually (with the right permission).
Consent and privacy
If your workspace tracks talent-pool consent, each candidate shows a consent badge, granted, withdrawn or not asked, and you can filter by it. Consent is a candidate's permission to be kept for future roles, and they can withdraw it anytime.
