Apply to a Job

How to send your application on WizzHire when you're signed in, and track it afterwards.

For job seekers
1

Find a job and open it

Browse or search the Jobs list and use the filters to narrow it down, your search and filters stay in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a view. Open any job to read the full description, then use the Apply Now button in the bar at the bottom of the page.

2

Start your application

Apply or Quick Apply

Open a job and click Apply Now. Because you're signed in, you have two ways to send your application:

  • Apply: the full Apply form opens right on the page, so you can review your details and CV before sending.
  • Quick Apply: if you've saved a CV to your profile, send your application in one click, with no form to fill in.
No account? You don't need one to apply. WizzHire opens a dedicated guest page instead, covered in Apply without an account.

Fill in your details

Pulled from your profile

Because you're signed in, the form is already filled in from your profile, so there's usually nothing to retype. Your saved CV is shown at the top; preview it or attach a different file. Some jobs mark the CV as required, so you'll need one on file before you can submit.

Comes from your profile Your CV and personal details are taken straight from your profile, so fill that in first to make applying a single step.

Add a cover letter and details

Optional extras before you send

The apply form has a few optional extras below your CV. If the job includes a screening questionnaire, you'll answer it here too: questions come in many formats (short and long text, single- and multiple-choice, yes/no, ratings, dates, and file uploads), and required ones are marked with an asterisk.

  • Cover letter: optional for most jobs; if the employer requires one, it must be at least 50 characters.
  • Salary expectation: optional, but if you fill in one salary field, complete them all: minimum, maximum, currency and period.

Agree to the terms and submit

Before you submit, tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may also see an optional consent asking whether the company can keep your details for future roles. That one is entirely up to you.

If a verification check appears, complete it, then click Submit Application.

Track your application

When you submit, WizzHire confirms with “Application Submitted!” and you can follow progress under My Applications. Applied twice by mistake? That's fine. Extra applications don't improve your chances, and WizzHire will simply tell you you've already applied.
