Open My Applications

Every application in one list

Open Applications (My Applications) to see every job you've applied to. The top shows quick counts, Total Applied, In Progress, Completed and Rejected, and each card shows the job, company, when you applied, and a progress bar.

Read the status

Each application carries a status:

Pending: submitted and waiting for the company to review it.
In Progress: the company is moving you through their steps.
Completed / Rejected: the process finished, either every step is done or you weren't selected this time.
Withdrawn / Position closed: you withdrew, or the company took the job down.

Filter and sort: use the tabs (All, In Progress, Completed, Rejected) and the sort menu (Most Recent, Company A-Z, Status) to find what you need.

Open an application

Click any application to see the full picture: your progress through the company's steps, requirements to complete, interviews and offers to respond to, messages, and a timeline of what has happened.

Respond or withdraw

Complete requirements: upload documents or answer questionnaires the company asks for.
Respond to interviews & offers: when there's an interview request or an offer, you'll see an alert to respond.
Withdraw Application: pull out of a role you're no longer interested in. This can't be undone, and you can't reapply.

Stay updated automatically

You don't have to keep checking. WizzHire sends you an email and an in-app notification whenever your application's status changes.
