Apply Without an Account

You don't need an account to start applying. Pick a job, apply as a guest, and verify your email at the end. WizzHire then forwards your application to the company, exactly like one from a registered candidate.

Open the job you want and use the Apply button. If you're not signed in, WizzHire opens a dedicated apply without an account page, with no login required.

The guest form collects what the employer needs to review you:

• Personal information: first and last name, email, country, phone number and address.
• Upload your CV: drag in a PDF or DOCX file, up to 10 MB.

Some jobs include a short questionnaire. Answer it right on the page. Questions come in several formats (text, choice, yes/no, ratings), and required ones are marked with an asterisk.

Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You may also see an optional consent asking whether the company can keep your details for future roles, which is entirely up to you. If a verification check appears, complete it, then click Submit Application.

After you submit, WizzHire emails you a verification link. Click it within 24 hours and you'll see the “Email verified and application sent” confirmation, meaning your application has reached the company. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. On that screen you can optionally set a password to create a free account and follow your application live, or just stay verified.

As a guest you don't get a dashboard, but WizzHire keeps you posted by email as your application's status changes. Want to follow it live?
