Move your sales pipeline out of Excel. Your AI assistant does the typing. You approve every step.
Example. Names and figures are made up.
Three steps, and nothing saves until you say go. The first prompt only reads and plans.
Connect WizzHire to your assistant
Add the WizzHire connector once and allow changes when it asks. It works with the access you already have.
Attach your file and paste the first prompt
Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV export from another CRM. It reads every sheet.
Read the plan, answer, then say go
Each later prompt does one part: clients and deals, history, follow-ups, then a check against your file.
One row per deal is enough. Messy is fine: "22k", amounts per month, two date formats.

Plan the move
Reads every sheet, matches your stages and owners, and checks the clients without saving.
You get backA plan in short tables and the questions it needs you to answer.
I've attached our sales pipeline. Plan how to move it into our WizzHire CRM, but don't save anything yet. 1. Tell me what each sheet and column is. 2. Match our stages to the stages on our WizzHire sales board. List any stage with no match. 3. Match the Owner column to people on our team. 4. Treat the same company written two ways as one client. 5. Check the clients with a dry run and show me duplicates and rows with problems. Then wait for my go.
Bring the clients and deals over
Adds each client with its contact, then one deal per row in its stage.
You get backWhat was added per stage, and every row it skipped with the reason.
Go ahead with the plan. - Add each client with its main contact. - Rows marked Lead stay leads, with no deal. - Open one deal per row in its matched stage, with the value, currency, close date and owner. Amounts per month become monthly price lines. - Closed won deals that are still running: record them as running contracts from the date they were won. - Closed lost deals: close them with the closest reason and keep the note. Finish with what you added, and anything you skipped and why.
Bring the history over
Logs the Activity sheet on each client with its real date, and keeps your notes.
You get backHow many calls, emails, meetings and messages landed per client.
Now the Activity sheet. Log each row on its client as a call, email, meeting or LinkedIn message, with its original date, who did it, the contact, and the note. Then put the Notes column from the Pipeline sheet on each client as a note. Don't send anything to anyone.
Plan the follow-ups
Turns your Next action column into next steps your team sees in their tasks.
You get backThe follow-ups by owner, with anything due today or overdue first.
Turn the Next action column into next steps on each client, due on its date and assigned to the row's owner. Tell me which ones are due today or already overdue.
Check it matches
Compares WizzHire with your file, so you can retire the spreadsheet with confidence.
You get backCounts side by side and a list of anything that differs.
Compare the spreadsheet with WizzHire now: number of clients, open deals per stage, and open pipeline per currency, one-off and monthly. List anything that doesn't match.
What your assistant will not do. It works inside the same rules as you.
- Save before you say go
- The first prompt reads and checks. Nothing lands until you answer the plan.
- Write to your clients
- It adds history and next steps. It never sends an email or message.
- Overwrite what you have
- A client already in WizzHire is skipped and named, never changed.
- Hide that it was there
- Every change it makes is recorded as made by your AI assistant.
- Reach past your access
- It can only do what your own account can do in WizzHire.
- Lock you in
- Everything it creates is ordinary data you can edit, move or reopen.
Questions
Do I need to set up my stages first?
Use the board you have. If your sheet has a stage the board doesn't, the plan says so and asks. Add the stage on the board in WizzHire first if you want to keep it.
How big can the file be?
Up to 1,000 clients per check. For a bigger file, ask your assistant to go in batches of 1,000.
What happens to deals we already closed?
Won and lost deals come over closed, lost ones with the reason you gave. A monthly contract that is still running keeps the date it was won.
We use HubSpot or Pipedrive. Does this work?
Yes. Export your deals and contacts to a spreadsheet and use the same prompts. The plan step works out what each column is.
What if a client is already in WizzHire?
It is skipped and named in the plan, never overwritten. The same company written two ways, like "Kestrel Health" and "Kestrel Health Ltd", is one client when you say so in the first prompt.
